1. Sunrise Tour

0530AM: Pick up at guest's hotel
0540AM: Arrive at Tanjung Aru. Brief by professional instructor
0530AM: Paddle to coral magic island. Enjoy the sunrise view.
0630AM: Enjoy the beautiful coral & the aquatic life.
0730AM: Paddle back to the beach & get changed
0815AM: Transfer guest back to hotel

2. Sunset Tour

1540PM: Pick up at guest's hotel
1600PM: Arrive at Tanjung Aru. Brief by professional instructor
1630PM: Enjoy the beautiful coral & the aquatic life.
1730PM: Paddle to coral magic island. Enjoy the sunset view.
1830PM: Paddle back to the beach & get changed
1915PM: Transfer guest back to hotel

Reminder

Traveler who have the following diseases or conditions that are not suitable for excessive
stimulation should take own responsibility to participate in this activity.
Pregnancy, Cardiac disease, Asthma

Service shall be conducted accordingly and fulfilled following the stated offer in website/written

Anything not stated in the itinerary/written communication is considered as not included and shall
be borne by the guest/ agent/ 3rd parties

Driver will wait for guests only 10 mins from stated pick-up time (written communication by our
operation team to the guest via Whatsapp/email/SMS cut-off time 9 pm day before tour
commences)

“No Show” will be considered if guest does not show up at hotel lobby/arranged meeting point.
This will apply on the cancellation policy as 0% refund

80% refund or FREE reschedule will be given if bad weather 1 hour before the activity time. No
refund or reschedule will be given during the activity time.

All hotels within the boundary of KK City (or 2.5KM radius) , including only Shangri-la Tg Aru will be
free of charge

All hotels outside the boundary of KK City (or 2.5KM radius), Donggongon, Likas, Putatan and
further (up to Tuaran, Penampang, Lok Kawi) will have a surcharge of RM30/pax

The tour is entitled to postponement only if the weather is not conducive for rafting, and the risk
assessment and decision is made by the tour guide/driver/any of our representative. A new tour
date will be decided upon agreement between the guide and guest. If the guest is unable to
attend on this new date, no refund will be given (100% cancellation fee apply)
